James Goins, Board Member
James is a professional thought leader with over 33 years of experience in business, entertainment, and education. He spent 24 years in the Los Angeles Unified School District and later the Compton Unified School District teaching and developing programs for youth at-risk. He currently leads SignalHarmony™ a business consulting firm for which he is the CEO. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from California State University Dominguez Hills and an Executive MBA with an emphasis in management and leadership from Grand Canyon University.
With over a decade of experience in higher education, Jennifer Stead has served in university recruitment, building community partnerships and teaching. Ms. Stead holds a Masters degree in Education and currently works at Pepperdine University in Outreach and Partnership development.

Hanna is working on her B.A in Marketing and ISDS at California State University, Fullerton. She maintains her position at the top 1% of her class for the third year in a row, while facilitating various marketing positions on campus, working as a college-level tutor, and volunteering as a mentor to at-risk youth in the Fullerton area. Though Hanna is the youngest member of the G4G team, she brings a wealth of skills to the table, as well as over two years of marketing experience. As an active member of our team, Hanna hopes to share her skills and expertise to help take G4G to new heights. Her goal is to reach thousands of people in the greater OC and LA area, while targeting communities which might need our support the most. Hanna has always believed that education is the best and most powerful investment one can make. She hopes not only to spread this belief but create propitious opportunities for the G4G students and their families to succeed and thrive.

With extensive experience in management and leadership, Mae has served as a community leader, academic coach, youth mentor, and volunteer in the Orange county. She currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology through the University of California Irvine and serves as the Director of Recruitment for Grades4Good. Through her past experience working with low income and marginalized households, Mae strives to help children and individuals reach their full potential despite their socioeconomic status and background. Mae looks forward to assisting families reach academic and personal goals through the G4G organization and what it has to offer to the community.
